It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

Bath toiletteries were not there. Hand wash was filled with water. Towels were torn. Room service was horrible. Breakfast was just for the sake of breakfast which was also cold and no choice.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It is dirty with very little amenities. We were on the 4th floor and there were pigeons flying around the corridor stinking up and darting the place. The bathroom are dingy and badly maintained. Beds and pillows are hard as rocks and not comfortable at all. There no restaurant and the breakfast is the same everyday of idli and bread with nutralite. It was shameful to be given nutralite and packet-ed lassi and chaos in the milk bowl of india. The only positive is that the food was nice though the menu is very limited with none of the gujarati snacks which was very disappointing

The rooms were average, and the staff response and services were not as expected. The prices are relatively high compared to what is being offered. The bathroom size was very small, and the geyser was not working. It took them an hour to address the issue, but in the end, nothing was resolved.
